Terms of Use

Last updated: 19 July 2026 · SafeNest AI is operated by Nicholas Family LTD, London, United Kingdom · Contact: office@aichatbot.rs

1. Educational purpose — no medical advice

SafeNest AI is provided for general educational and informational purposes only. It is not a medical device, and nothing in the app — including hazard detections, food and allergen assessments, statistics, and assistant answers — constitutes medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or professional safety certification.

Always seek the advice of your paediatrician or another qualified health professional with any questions regarding your child's health, nutrition or allergies. Never disregard professional advice because of something shown in this app. In an emergency, call your local emergency number immediately.

2. No substitute for supervision

The app does not replace active, attentive adult supervision of children at any time. You remain solely responsible for your child's safety and for the condition of your home.

3. AI limitations

AI analysis is probabilistic: it may miss hazards, mislabel objects or produce incomplete or inaccurate results, and no app can guarantee a hazard-free environment. Detections marked as uncertain ("Possibly") especially require your own verification. Use the app as one helpful input among many — not as a guarantee.

4. Subscription

The first 7 days are free. Afterwards access requires a paid membership (€7/month, or as displayed at checkout), billed via Stripe, cancellable at any time effective at the end of the billing period. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

5. Acceptable use

You may use the app only for lawful, personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nicholas Family LTD shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app, including reliance on any analysis it produces. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law (including for death or personal injury caused by negligence).

7. Changes

We may update these terms and will post the current version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
